Finding and Accessing List Archives

The archive index displays all lists that have been configured for public archiving. To access the archives for a specific list, simply click on the list name. For lists that have been configured with a list description, you can get more information about the list by tapping or hovering the mouse over the list home page icon. The lists in the table are sorted alphabetically by list name. You can click on the column headers to change your sorting preferences.

The case-insensitive filter row allows you to narrow the lists that are displayed in the table. For example, if you have a particular group of lists that you want to view that all contain SALES in the list name, type SALES in the filter box. This will narrow the lists displayed to lists such as SALES, US-SALES, SALES2023 and so forth. Note that the filter automatically expands SALES to *SALES*.

You can also use operators, such as = < >. For example, if you want to search for lists that have more than 1000 subscribers, type >1000 in the appropriate filter box. If you only want to see lists that have exactly 10 subscribers, type =10 in the filter box.

Access Unlisted Lists

This field allows you to access confidential lists that are not listed in the public archive index. Simply type the name of the list in the text box and click "Search". Note that this field will also work for non-confidential lists.

The "Confidential" list configuration keyword determines whether or not the list should be hidden from the archive index. "Confidential= No" is the default value and indicates that the list is not confidential. "Confidential= Service" indicates that the list should be hidden from users who are not in the list's service area (see "Service" keyword for more details) but not from other users. "Confidential= Yes" means that the list is unconditionally confidential.

Lists Per Page

This parameter controls how many lists will be displayed on a single page. The default is 50. For example, if you want to break the table into pages of 100 lists, type 100 in the box and click "Update".
